Sometimes, it is the easiest solution to annoying problems to do a clean install of MSN Messenger and remove all it's settings. This way you start with a completely clean Messenger. In this article we describe how you can do this.
Just uninstalling and then installing MSN Messenger again won't reset everything to default values so make sure you follow all steps!
This will remove all your settings: display pictures, emoticons etc.
