Known Issues
Allow MSN Messenger to Access the Internet
To make MSN Messenger work with Tiny Personal Firewall on your computer it needs to be allowed in the firewall. To do this right click the firewalls icon in your taskbar and select Run Acticity Monitor.
After the Activity Monitor is loaded a list of running processes will show up. First ensure MSN Messenger is running (you don't have to be signed in) and look it up in the list. Right click the MSN Messenger row, go to group assignment and make it so that only the Trusted group is marked.
Disable Tiny Personal Firewall
To quickly find out if Tiny Personal Firewall is the cause of Messenger not being able to sign-in you can temporarily disable it and see if your problem persists. To disable Tiny Personal Firewall, right click the icon at the left side of your clock and select Enable/Disable Protection -> Disable all modules.
