When you start Windows Messenger or MSN Messenger you cannot sign in, and you get error code 0x81000365 along with the message:
There was a problem connecting you to MSN Messenger. Click Troubleshoot for help with this problem.
Error code 0x81000365 shows up when Messenger cannot get access to the internet, this is most likely because you have a firewall installed. To resolve this you have to enable UPnP in your firewall/router or open the ports that are required for Messenger to work.
